Our facilities are available throughout the year for churches, schools and other Christian organizations to use for your own events. Below you will find a variety of information about our facilities and grounds, activities, and food service.

What would it look like?

How your event looks is entirely up to you! We provide the facilities, food service, and optional activities to help make your event a success. You provide your own program, schedule, supervision, teaching, and activities so that you can do what you want with your event.

How much does it cost?

We create a custom quote for your specific event. Every event is different and cost varies based on the size of your group, length of your stay, number of meals, and any activities you would like provided by us. Our ministry is to assist you in your ministry, so we keep our cost as low as possible. Contact us to receive an estimated cost for your specific group.

What buildings are available?

  • Our Dining Hall holds up to 200 people inside, with additional seating outside.
  • Cabins sleep between 12 and 24 people each, with bunk-style beds, electric, and are heated for year-round use.
  • Bathroom and shower facilities are separate but nearby the cabins. They are heated for year-round use.
  • Several small cottages are available near the cabins. Each cottage sleeps 2-3 people and is heated for year-round use. Great for leaders or speakers to have a separate sleeping area.
  • Our game room is a great recreational area, with pool, ping pong, carpetball, foosball and more.
  • The gym has basketball hoops and is a large enough area to play a variety of indoor games.
  • An outdoor pavilion is available for meeting space or recreational use.

What is the food service like?

Our meals are prepared by our camp cooks and served cafeteria style, meaning our staff serves the food to each person as they go through a serving line. We pride ourselves on providing good, nutritional food and excellent service. We can accommodate certain dietary needs with advanced notice, including gluten-free and certain food allergies. All menu items have allergen information displayed at the serving station.

What activities are available?

We have a variety of activities available depending on weather, time of year, staff availability, and cost. We can discuss with you what activities we recommend for your event along with scheduling and pricing.

  • Gymnasium: available for your use for gym games and activities
  • Game Room: has a variety of games like ping pong, pool, carpetball, foosball, and air hockey.
  • Laser Tag: State of the art outdoor laser tag is fun for all ages with a variety of games and scenarios.
  • Zip Line: At 600′ long, you’ll zip across a field and through the woods while traveling over the ravine to the end of the zip line.
  • High Ropes Challenge Course: 11 exciting and challenging elements.
  • Rock Climbing Tower: 40′ rock wall with multiple climbing segments.
  • Archery: Shoot bows and arrows with one of our certified range instructors.
  • Canoeing & Kayaking: We have several of each for use on our pond. Life jackets are provided.
  • Disc Golf: 9 hole course.
  • Fishing: Our well-stocked pond is great for fishing.
  • 9 square in the air: Indoor or outdoor use, this fun group game is a favorite of all ages.
