Why Be an Exhibitor?

Men from all over western New York come together to experience biblical teaching and equipping for all areas of life. As an exhibitor, you will be featured as a “Ministry with Resources” to these men who are looking to equip themselves in many ways. The resources you offer may have a huge impact on the men who come, setting them up for success as they continue their walk with Christ. Your ministry will also benefit from the promotion and any sales you make at your exhibit table.

 What does Exhibiting Include?

As an exhibitor you will be set up in a prominent area that we direct the men to several times throughout the day. Being an exhibitor includes the following:
1. A 6′ or 8′ table to set up your display and any materials you may have to offer.
2. An option to include a promotional piece (brochure, flyer, etc.) in our conference packets distributed to each man at the conference.
3. Two conference registrations with lunches

Conference Insert: $225 ($25 discount for Exhibitors)

After March 3rd
Exhibit Table: $295
Conference Insert: $325 ($25 discount for Exhibitors)
